I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. its location was perfect, being very near the central station and right in the center of Hamburg. Secondly, the service and staff were exceptional, showing great attention to detail and making sure that everything was to my liking. Lastly, the rooms were wonderful, with a lovely inner yard view, well-maintained with good ambience, and even a huge bathroom with a bathtub and high ceilings. Oh, and I must mention the delicious breakfast served every morning!
All was fantastic at this hotel, no improvements necessary.

The room was beautifully decorated and very clean. The staff were friendly and always had a big smile on their faces. The location was perfect, as it was very close to the main train station, making it easy for us to get around this city.

When I arrived early, they quickly prepared my room and made me feel welcome. The breakfast was fantastic, and the location was convenient for exploring the city. Despite some minor drawbacks mentioned in other reviews, my overall experience was positive. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a stay in Hamburg.
